| * Lesson
plan |
| |
Students
are to commit to a year-long "lesson package" that includes
46 group lessons, 2 field trips, and 1 annual art show. |
| * Extended
Absence |
| |
If
a student is unable to attend class for 1 or 2 consecutive months,
then payment for the returning month is required beforehand. This
is due to limited class room seating and necessary fore knowledge
of classroom enrollment and planning. |
| * Vacation |
| |
Students
are expected to continue lessons during break unless otherwise noted.
However, if a couple of classes are missed, a pro-rate may occur.
If so, the pro-rate may only occur during the month of July and
August.
For
the remaining months, the pro-rate option will not be available.
Thus, if a student misses at least 2 or more classes within the
same month, two options are available: |
| __*
1st
option is to pay $35 per lesson for each class the student will attend
for that month. No make up classes are required. |
| __*
2nd
option is to continue to pay the full month's tuition but the student
must make up the missed classes
within the next 30 days. However many classes missed will be the number
of classes the student needs to make up. |
| * Missing
a Class |
| |
If
a student misses one class within one month, he/she has 30 days to
make up that missed class. Sorry but there is no tuition reduction
for one missed class. |
| * Reasons
why some students may be unable to enroll |
| |
Too young |
| |
Continual lack of interest or motivation in class |
| |
Disruptive classroom behavior |
| |
Unwilling to learn and follow directions |
|
